With light flowing through the expansive windows and muted interior tones, one can’t help but start to relax. The open plan living space is lying in wait to welcome guests in need of a well-deserved break; it is the perfect setting to rustle up a meal in the kitchen with the accompaniment of the breakfast bar and seating area, a great space to enjoy with friends and family.

This Cotswold holiday barn conversion in Elmley Castle is a wonderful property to spend time with friends or family. With underfloor heating throughout, this single storey two bedroom holiday accommodation is laid out as follows:

StayCotswold is a marketing agent and therefore does not own any of the cottages listed on our website. In terms of cleaning and maintenance, the properties within our portfolio are managed by a third party property manager or the property owner – your pre-arrival email will contain confirmation and contact details for the person managing your property. Bookings made via us form a legal agreement directly between you and the property owner.
For bookings commencing more than 8 weeks in advance, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking. The balance payment is then due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
All payments are made subject to the cancellation policy set out in the standard Booking Conditions.
Location Information
Not too far afield are the wonderful Cotswold towns of Chipping Campden and Winchcombe, which are well worth a visit!

- The maximum occupancy for this property is 4 guests. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 1 additional infant
- Events are not permitted without prior consent
- A security deposit is required at this property
- Check in is from 16:00 and check out is by 10:00
- The garden is regularly maintained by a professional gardening service on a Monday morning (the gardener may need to carry out work whilst the property is occupied). If you require further information, please don’t hesitate to contact us
- The Byres is a self-contained property in the grounds where the owner lives
- To enquire about including a hot tub for your stay, please contact Nick at Oxford Hot Tubs. Hire costs will be payable to Oxford Hot Tubs directly, along with a standard £75 charge payable to the Owner via StayCotswold as a contribution towards the usual running costs
A security deposit of £250 is required for bookings at this property. This amount will be pre-authorised on your credit card 7 days prior to your arrival date and, providing no damage is reported, the pre-authorisation will be released 7 days after your departure. For the avoidance of doubt, guests are requested to leave the property in a reasonable condition, consistent with the property's appearance upon arrival.
