On the ground floor there is a well-equipped kitchen, a stylish sitting room and a spacious dining room, and just outside the back door is the well-maintained patio terrace. The Old Farmhouse is a stunning Grade II listed period home which has been finished to a high standard and boasts impressive exposed beams, stone mullion windows and a large inglenook fireplace with a cosy wood burner.

In terms of cleaning and maintenance, the properties within our portfolio are managed by a third party property manager or the property owner – your pre-arrival email will contain confirmation and contact details for the person managing your property. Bookings made via us form a legal agreement directly between you and the property owner.
For bookings commencing more than 8 weeks in advance, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking. The balance payment is then due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
All payments are made subject to the cancellation policy set out in the standard Booking Conditions.
Location Information
The North Cotswolds is known for its many chocolate-box villages and historic market towns such as Broadway, Stow-on-the-Wold, Moreton-in-Marsh, Chipping Campden and Burford, all easily accessible from Little Rissington. In addition to quaint cottages and impressive architecture, there are a wide range of attractions for all ages including the Gloucestershire Warwickshire Steam Railway, Sudeley Castle, the Cotswold Wildlife Park and the Cotswold Falconry Centre. Further afield destinations such as Oxford, Cirencester, Bath and Stratford-upon-Avon are also within easy reach for days out.

- The property has a small patio terrace outside, which is not enclosed and leads onto the communal parking area, therefore children should be supervised outside at all times
- The front door leads directly from the lounge to the main road, it is recommended it’s kept locked if young children are staying
- The stairs lead directly into the master bedroom on the second floor
- The windows on the upper floors do not have locks and may be accessible to climbing small children
- This is an old, Grade II listed property and has many character features, including steps up to the front door, multiple floors, narrow and steep internal stairs, low beams including a beam that has to be ducked under to get to the master bedroom on the second floor
- The smoke and CO detectors operate on a sound only basis and, therefore, those who have serious impairment of hearing may not be able to hear the alarm systems and could be at risk
- No smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property
- The maximum occupancy for this property is 6 guests. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 1 additional infant
- Events are not permitted without prior consent
- Check in is from 17:00 and check out is by 10:00
