Made from honey-coloured Cotswold stone and set over three floors, this superb cottage has a well-equipped kitchen, a stylish, cosy sitting room, and an astonishingly spacious master bedroom on the top floor all to itself. Leading on from the conservatory is the courtyard garden with outdoor seating, making it the perfect place to enjoy some al fresco dining. 5 Stone Cottage is a dog-friendly holiday home, suitable for two dogs!

StayCotswold is a marketing agent and therefore does not own any of the cottages listed on our website. In terms of cleaning and maintenance, the properties within our portfolio are managed by a third party property manager or the property owner – your pre-arrival email will contain confirmation and contact details for the person managing your property. Bookings made via us form a legal agreement directly between you and the property owner.

For bookings commencing more than 8 weeks in advance, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking. The balance payment is then due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

All payments are made subject to the cancellation policy set out in the standard Booking Conditions.

Location Information

5 Stone Cottage is located in the market town of Nailsworth, benefiting from wonderful restaurants such as William’s Food Hall, which also has a delicatessen, Wilders, and the Amalfi Restaurant. Just outside of the town, you will find fabulous walks through the Cotswold Hills; there is even an annual walking festival! With highlights in the local area such as the stunning Westonbirt Arboretum, Highgrove Gardens, and Woodchester Mansion, there is plenty to do during your stay.
For your shopping essentials, there are a number of supermarkets and independent retailers in Nailsworth, including a farmers market on the 4th Saturday of every month.
Nailsworth is nestled in the South Cotswolds and is perfectly situated for visiting the much-loved towns of Tetbury, Stroud, and Cirencester, while also being in easy reach of Bristol and Bath.

  • Check in is from 16:00 and check out is by 10:00
Security Deposit

A security deposit of £250 is required for bookings at this property. This amount will be pre-authorised on your credit card 7 days prior to your arrival date, providing no damage is reported the pre-authorisation will be released 5 days after your departure. For the avoidance of doubt, guests are requested to leave the property in a reasonable condition, consistent with the property's appearance upon arrival.
