Originally built from Cotswold stone, the properties have a wealth of character features, including exposed stone walls, oak beams, flagstone flooring and wood burning stoves in both the house and the cottage. Nestled in-between the properties is beautiful walled garden, with plenty of outdoor seating and a charcoal barbecue, providing an oasis of peace and tranquillity to enjoy all year round. An enclosed walled courtyard garden sits between the main house and Peppercorn Cottage, offering guests the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a day exploring the Cotswold. The garden comprises of paving, plants and seating areas, there is a large outdoor table and six chairs, with a parasol, a further small table and two chairs as well as a charcoal barbecue. The garden also has a separate side access route.

In terms of cleaning and maintenance, the properties within our portfolio are managed by a third party property manager or the property owner – your pre-arrival email will contain confirmation and contact details for the person managing your property. Bookings made via us form a legal agreement directly between you and the property owner.
For bookings commencing more than 8 weeks in advance, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking. The balance payment is then due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
All payments are made subject to the cancellation policy set out in the standard Booking Conditions.
A security deposit of £350 is required for bookings at this property. This amount will be pre-authorised on your credit card 7 days prior to your arrival date and, providing no damage is reported, the pre-authorisation will be released 7 days after your departure. For the avoidance of doubt, guests are requested to leave the property in a reasonable condition, consistent with the property's appearance upon arrival.
