In terms of cleaning and maintenance, the properties within our portfolio are managed by a third party property manager or the property owner – your pre-arrival email will contain confirmation and contact details for the person managing your property. Bookings made via us form a legal agreement directly between you and the property owner.

For bookings commencing more than 8 weeks in advance, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking. The balance payment is then due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

All payments are made subject to the cancellation policy set out in the standard Booking Conditions.

Butchers Flat is in the heart of Chipping Campden, a historical market town in the Cotswold Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. You will be spoilt for choice at eateries such as the Lygon Arms, Michael's Mediterranean and Da Luigi. With boutique shops, quaint museums and glorious hillside walks up to Dover’s Hill, it is the perfect town to experience Cotswold life. Enjoy the local Hidcote House, Kiftsgate Gardens and the stunning Broadway Tower with views of the local 16 counties.

For your shopping essentials, there is a deli and a Co-op in Chipping Campden, with supermarkets and independent retailers in Moreton-in-Marsh and Stow-on-the-Wold, just a short drive away.
Sitting in the North Cotswolds, Chipping Campden has easy access to the splendid towns of Stratford-upon-Avon, Broadway and Stow-on-the-Wold.   • The weekend of the Cotswold Olympiks and Scuttlebrook Wake (held on the first Saturday after Whitsun each year) is a traditional event in Chipping Campden, with loud music being played on the town square late into the night and attracting large crowds. Whilst many visitors enjoy the colour and vibrancy associated with the event, other visitors prefer to avoid Chipping Campden at this time
  • Please note the location of the property is on the high street, and that although there is double glazing, please expect the usual noises you would associate with a town
  • Charging electric vehicles at this property is not permitted
Security Deposit

A security deposit of £150 is required for bookings at this property. This amount will be pre-authorised on your credit card 7 days prior to your arrival date and, providing no damage is reported, the pre-authorisation will be released 7 days after your departure. For the avoidance of doubt, guests are requested to leave the property in a reasonable condition, consistent with the property's appearance upon arrival.
