A delightful stream running through the courtyard garden and a bountiful apple tree take pride of place as the backdrop for an easy al-fresco dining experience. Cider Press Cottage is a dog friendly holiday home, suitable for two dogs.

StayCotswold is a marketing agent and therefore does not own any of the cottages listed on our website. In terms of cleaning and maintenance, the properties within our portfolio are managed by a third party property manager or the property owner – your pre-arrival email will contain confirmation and contact details for the person managing your property. Bookings made via us form a legal agreement directly between you and the property owner.

For bookings commencing more than 8 weeks in advance, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking. The balance payment is then due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

All payments are made subject to the cancellation policy set out in the standard Booking Conditions.

Cider Press Cottage is located in the charming village of Ilmington, with two country pubs and a well-stocked, community-run shop and café to visit, which are adored by local residents! Surrounded by rolling countryside, you will be sure to find stunning scenery along a picturesque walk or enjoy the hidden delights at nearby attractions such as Batsford Arboretum, Broadway Tower and Hidcote and Kiftsgate Gardens.
For your shopping essentials, there are large supermarkets in Moreton-in-Marsh and Stratford-upon-Avon, with a deli and Co-op in the nearby towns of Chipping Campden and Shipston-on-Stour.
Ilmington sits in the North Cotswolds, a great location for family days out to places such as Stratford-upon-Avon and Warwick Castle, or to spend a relaxed afternoon exploring local towns such as Chipping Campden, Broadway and Moreton-in-Marsh.

  • The maximum occupancy for this property is 4 guests. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 1 additional infant (aged 2 or under)
  • Bed linen and towels are provided 
  • Off street parking is available for up to 2 cars. Please note there is a low archway to the parking area, however, free on-street parking can be found in the village if required
  • 1 travel cot and 1 highchair are available on request (please bring your own linen for the travel cot, as this is not provided)

Security Deposit

A security deposit of £150 is required for bookings at this property. This amount will be pre-authorised on your credit card 7 days prior to your arrival date and, providing no damage is reported, the pre-authorisation will be released 7 days after your departure. For the avoidance of doubt, guests are requested to leave the property in a reasonable condition, consistent with the property's appearance upon arrival.
