The Annex is a pretty one bed detached converted dairy building with high ceilings and a large kitchen/living room with access to a large garden. It is part of a set of converted farm buildings in a rural location just outside Witney, very close to Brize Norton, and provides a perfect base to explore Oxford and the Cotswolds. The Annex is furnished to a high standard. The kitchen living area has a fully equipped kitchen, dining table and chairs for 4 and a large sofa. There is a smart tv and a music system (if wi-fi enabled). The bathroom has a large bath with a shower. The bedroom has a double bed and plenty of cupboard space.
Dogs are welcome in this pet friendly holiday home and there is a one-acre garden and a further one-acre field for them to run around. The garden and field are fenced but the gates may not be dog secure.

Access to a large garden and table and chairs by the garage are for guests use and get the sun from midday onwards. It is private to the cottage and is not overlooked by the main barn and if the owner of the main barn is away, guests are welcome to use the table and chairs by the main barn which overlooks the garden. The owners keep a beehive which is located on the other side of the main barn approximately 70 yards away from the annex.
Parking for 2 cars
A security deposit of £150 is required for bookings at this property. This amount will be pre-authorised on your credit card 7 days prior to your arrival date, providing no damage is reported the pre-authorisation will be released 5 days after your departure. For the avoidance of doubt, guests are requested to leave the property in a reasonable condition, consistent with the property's appearance upon arrival.

In terms of cleaning and maintenance, the properties within our portfolio are managed by a third party property manager or the property owner – your pre-arrival email will contain confirmation and contact details for the person managing your property. Bookings made via us form a legal agreement directly between you and the property owner.
For bookings commencing more than 8 weeks in advance, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking. The balance payment is then due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
All payments are made subject to the cancellation policy set out in the standard Booking Conditions.
