Nice property in a good location for touring the Cotswolds and the Thames Valley. We enjoyed watching the big planes going over the house into Brize Norton and the occasional noise was not a problem. It was quite entertaining. The property is tastefully decorated and has plenty of windows to enjoy the country views. The location is very quiet except for the occasional plane noise. It is only a couple of miles from Whitney with a good selection of shops and supermarkets. There are some improvements that could make it perfect. The property would benefit from an information book for operating appliances like radio and shower. An ice box in the fridge is really needed for making ice cubes and storing any frozen food. Also a non-slip bath mat for the shower is needed. A cafetiere or coffee maker would be helpful - we had to go and buy a cafetiere to use the ground coffee we had brought with us. The bathroom towel rail did not appear to work. Some folding sun chairs would be helpful for summer days. Apart from these few things it was an excellent cottage for our 5-day stay.

Thank you Stephen for your review of Coursehill Barn Annex. We are delighted that you found the property to be in a good location and that you enjoyed seeing the occasional planes flying into near by Brize Norton. Its great to hear that you found the property to be nice and tastefully decorated. We will certainly pass on your suggestions to the property owner for them to review and undertake any appropriate actions. We do hope that you will be back to stay again soon!

This is a spacious barn annexe with lots of equipment and a comfortable bed. High shelves and a deep bath were a bit of a challenge for a short and mildly disabled person but the only significant problem I had was the close proximity to RAF Brize Norton. I was woken 2 nights out of 3 by planes going over in the middle of the night. Not a place for a light sleeper

Thank you Jane for your review of Coursehill Barn Annex. We are delighted you found the property to be spacious, comfortable and well equipped. We do hope you will be back to stay in the Cotswolds again soon!

Lovely quiet situation - but on the flight path to Brize Norton which was busy during our stay. May be worth mentioning in the brief for the property.

Thank you Claire for your review of Coursehill Barn Annex. We are delighted you found the cottage to be in a lovely quiet situation. We do advertise the property as being near Brize Norton which is well known to have a working RAF base where training and flights take place from time to time, guests usually enjoy being able to spot the different planes and helicopters. We do hope that you will be back to stay in the Cotswolds again soon!
