Hillside is a fabulous modern Cotswold holiday home which sleeps four guests, in two spacious bedrooms, with a shower room. This ground floor accommodation has been thoughtfully decorated with colourful pieces and modern features, making it a true home from home. There is a stylish kitchen, a contemporary, cosy living room and a delightful garden room with views onto the fields beyond. Hillside is a perfect and peaceful setting for a relaxing break in the Cotswolds, benefitting from its great location for visiting the marvellous town of Cheltenham.

Booking & Payment

StayCotswold is a marketing agent and therefore does not own any of the cottages listed on our website. In terms of cleaning and maintenance, the properties within our portfolio are managed by a third party property manager or the property owner – your pre-arrival email will contain confirmation and contact details for the person managing your property. Bookings made via us form a legal agreement directly between you and the property owner.

For bookings commencing more than 8 weeks in advance, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking. The balance payment is then due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

All payments are made subject to the cancellation policy set out in the standard Booking Conditions.

Location Information

Hillside is located on the edge of beautiful Cleeve Hill in the village of Woodmancote, home to a rustic country pub, the Apple Tree, and just a short drive from Cleeve Hill Golf Club, the spectacular Cheltenham Racecourse, and not to mention, the location is a rambler's dream.
For your shopping essentials, there are a number of supermarkets in Cheltenham.
Woodmancote is nestled in the North Cotswolds and has something for everyone, from beautiful walks with stunning scenery to quaint local Cotswold towns such as Winchcombe, Bourton-on-the-Water and Stow-on-the-Wold. If you are looking for a buzzy nightlife, then Cheltenham is the town to visit, with multiple eateries and bars to enjoy!

  • The maximum occupancy for this property is 4 guests. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 1 additional infant
  • Events are not permitted without prior consent
  • A security deposit is required at this property
  • Check in is from 15:00 and check out is by 10:00
Security Deposit

A security deposit of £150 is required for bookings at this property. This amount will be pre-authorised on your credit card 7 days prior to your arrival date, providing no damage is reported the pre-authorisation will be released 5 days after your departure. For the avoidance of doubt, guests are requested to leave the property in a reasonable condition, consistent with the property's appearance upon arrival.
