This large Cotswold holiday home is ideally located just off the main high street, yet the many independent cafes and artisan shops of Bourton-on-the-Water are just a short walk away. Lulham offers large groups ample space with generously sized reception rooms complete with multiple seating options, modern bedrooms with numerous ensuites and a stylish open plan kitchen with direct garden access. This property is ideal for groups of all ages whether you are looking to explore the local area, relax in the large garden or enjoy a game of table football!

StayCotswold is a marketing agent and therefore does not own any of the cottages listed on our website. In terms of cleaning and maintenance, the properties within our portfolio are managed by a third party property manager or the property owner – your pre-arrival email will contain confirmation and contact details for the person managing your property. Bookings made via us form a legal agreement directly between you and the property owner.

For bookings commencing more than 8 weeks in advance, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking. The balance payment is then due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

All payments are made subject to the cancellation policy set out in the standard Booking Conditions.

Location Information

Lulham is located in the picturesque village of Bourton-on-the-Water, an unspoilt village which is often described as the ‘Venice of the Cotswolds’ due to the low arched bridges that cross over the pretty River Windrush. This vibrant village has a variety of pubs, restaurants, tearooms and independent shops to enjoy - so there's an abundance of things to do in the Cotswolds right on your doorstep!
For your shopping essentials, there is a Co-op in Bourton-on-the-Water and a Tesco Superstore in Stow-on-the-Wold.
Daylesford Organic Farm shop, Chastleton House, Blenheim Palace and Batsford Arboretum are all nearby, not to mention the much-loved Cotswold towns and villages of Stow-on-the-Wold, Chipping Campden and Broadway, none of which should be missed!

Things to Note...
  • The maximum occupancy for this property is 12 guests, though the number of adults per booking is capped at 10. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 1 additional infant
  • Hen and Stag parties are not permitted, though other same sex groups can enquire 
  • Events are not permitted without prior consent
  • A security deposit is required at this property
  • Check in is from 17:00 and check out is by 10:00
  • Lulham has a lovely garden for guests to enjoy and it is important to the owners that guests are courteous and considerate towards the neighbouring properties. We politely request that guests do not disturb the neighbours and that loud music is not played outside after 21:00
  • The garden is regularly maintained by a professional gardening service and although this work is generally carried out when the property is vacant, the gardener may need to carry out work whilst the property is occupied. If you require further information, please don’t hesitate to contact us
  • A BBQ is not provided, however guests are welcome to bring their own or use a disposable one (guests are responsible for safely disposing of the remnants)
  • Please note that there are 4 external CCTV cameras, these are purely used for security purposes and will not infringe on guest privacy
  • The bunk beds are only suitable for children under 16 years old
Security Deposit

A security deposit of £350 is required for bookings at this property. This amount will be pre-authorised on your credit card 7 days prior to your arrival date, providing no damage is reported the pre-authorisation will be released 5 days after your departure. For the avoidance of doubt, guests are requested to leave the property in a reasonable condition, consistent with the property's appearance upon arrival.
