Beautifully presented room with French doors that lead out into the garden. Amenities include a large L-shaped sofa which comfortably seats four. The sofa also converts into a comfortable double sofa bed, providing extra sleeping accommodation for 2 adults (available on request), wooden ottoman, hanging hooks for clothes, and two coat and boot racks are provided in the entranceway

Guests should be aware that there is a low wall with a drop down to the field beyond, children and dogs should be supervised outside at all times
A security deposit of £250 is required for bookings at this property. This amount will be pre-authorised on your credit card 7 days prior to your arrival date, providing no damage is reported the pre-authorisation will be released 5 days after your departure. For the avoidance of doubt, guests are requested to leave the property in a reasonable condition, consistent with the property's appearance upon arrival.

For bookings commencing more than 8 weeks in advance, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking. The balance payment is then due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

Owls Roost is located in Cold Aston, a picturesque village surrounded by wonderful countryside with many cycle routes and footpaths on its doorstep. Enjoy a visit to the well-regarded village pub, The Plough Inn for local ales and freshly prepared seasonal menu or bring your walking boots for a short walk (one to two miles) through the countryside to The Nuttery in Notgrove, a friendly village cafe and licensed bar.
There are a number of activities held on the farm, including clay shoot in the summer (February to August) and a game shoot in the winter (September to January).
For your shopping essentials, there is a Co-op in Bourton-on-the-Water, just two miles away.
Cold Aston is nestled in the North Cotswolds and is perfectly placed for visiting the much loved towns of Bourton-on-the-Water, Stow-on-the-Wold and Cheltenham, as well as the picture postcard villages of Broadway, Lower Slaughter and Blockley.
