Located on the first floor, this delightful retreat is flooded with natural light from the apex window, boasts a fully equipped kitchen, and with tasteful decor and stylish interiors, it is the perfect setting to escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Just a short walk from Bibury's beautiful river makes this a perfect Cotswold gem to stay in!

Booking & Payment

StayCotswold is a marketing agent and therefore does not own any of the cottages listed on our website. In terms of cleaning and maintenance, the properties within our portfolio are managed by a third party property manager or the property owner – your pre-arrival email will contain confirmation and contact details for the person managing your property. Bookings made via us form a legal agreement directly between you and the property owner.

For bookings commencing more than 8 weeks in advance, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking. The balance payment is then due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

All payments are made subject to the cancellation policy set out in the standard Booking Conditions.

Location Information

The Sycamore is tucked away in the heart of Bibury, a beautiful village much-loved by locals and visitors due to its picture-perfect scenery, chocolate box houses and stunning crystal clear waters of the river. With numerous footpaths, quaint bridges and fabulous eateries on its doorstep, such as The Swan and, of course, The Trout Farm, Bibury has plenty to offer. Arlington Row is a must-see, so make sure to follow the river round to the perfect viewpoint.
For your shopping essentials, there is a small village shop in Bibury and larger supermarkets, including Waitrose, Aldi and Tesco, in Cirencester.
Bibury sits perfectly in the centre of the Cotswolds, with easy access to the beautiful towns and villages of Fairford, Lechlade-on-Thames, Burford, Cirencester, Bourton-on-the-Water and The Slaughters.

  • The maximum occupancy for this property is 2 guests. Regrettably, The Sycamore does not accept children under the age of 10, excluding babes in arms. Babes in arms do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 1 additional babe in arms and this is on enquiry only

  • Off street parking is available for up to 1 car

Security Deposit

A security deposit of £150 is required for bookings at this property. This amount will be pre-authorised on your credit card 7 days prior to your arrival date and, providing no damage is reported, the pre-authorisation will be released 7 days after your departure. For the avoidance of doubt, guests are requested to leave the property in a reasonable condition, consistent with the property's appearance upon arrival.
