Hillview is a spectacular semi-detached Cotswold country home which sleeps eight guests, in four delightful bedrooms, with two bathrooms. The ground floor is the ultimate social open plan living space, with countryside views through the picture windows, a cosy wood burner, and modern, stylish interiors. A separate sitting room is tucked away, with its warm and inviting decor, making it the perfect place to enjoy a film and reminisce about the day. Bringing the outside in, the bi-fold doors open onto the terrace, where watching the sunrise whilst enjoying a morning coffee is a must! The tiered garden below is thoughtfully planted with mature shrubs, and a fire pit is waiting to be discovered on chilly evenings. Hillview is a dog friendly holiday home, suitable for one dog.

StayCotswold is a marketing agent and therefore does not own any of the cottages listed on our website. In terms of cleaning and maintenance, the properties within our portfolio are managed by a third party property manager or the property owner – your pre-arrival email will contain confirmation and contact details for the person managing your property. Bookings made via us form a legal agreement directly between you and the property owner.

For bookings commencing more than 8 weeks in advance, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking. The balance payment is then due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

All payments are made subject to the cancellation policy set out in the standard Booking Conditions.

Location Information

Hillview luxury self-catering holiday home is located in the chocolate box village of Eastleach, surrounded by rolling countryside, with fabulous walks along the River Leach, and home to a quaint country pub, The Victoria Inn, which is the beating heart of the community and serves a delicious dinner. There is plenty to do in the area, such as visiting The Cotswold Wildlife Park, canoeing at Lechlade-on-Thames, or, on a rainy day, enjoy a spot of shopping at Burford Garden Company or Daylesford Organic. For the foodies in the group, there is The Swan at Southrop, The Riverside at Lechlade-on-Thames, and an array of cafes, restaurants and pubs in Burford.
For your shopping essentials, there is a Co-op in Lechlade and several larger supermarkets in Brize Norton.
Eastleach benefits from being close to some of the most wonderful Cotswold towns, such as Burford, Bourton-on-the-Water, Cirencester and Stow-on-the-Wold.

  • Off street parking is available for up to 2 cars and further on street parking can be found in the village
  • 1 travel cot, 1 highchair and 1 Tripp Trapp chair are available on request (please bring your own linen for the travel cot, as this is not provided)

Things to Note...
  • The maximum occupancy for this property is 8 guests. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 2 additional infants 
  • Hen and Stag parties are not permitted, though other same sex groups can enquire 
  • Events are not permitted without prior consent
  • A security deposit is required at this property
  • Check in is from 17:00 and check out is by 10:00
Security Deposit

A security deposit of £250 is required for bookings at this property. This amount will be pre-authorised on your credit card 7 days prior to your arrival date and, providing no damage is reported, the pre-authorisation will be released 7 days after your departure. For the avoidance of doubt, guests are requested to leave the property in a reasonable condition, consistent with the property's appearance upon arrival.
