3 Bear's Court is a marvellous converted barn surrounded by the Cotswold countryside on the Bear's Court estate, sleeping six guests, in three generous bedrooms, with four bathrooms. From the moment you open the door of this Cotswold holiday home with a hot tub, you are greeted with light and airy interiors that help make this spacious holiday home a tranquil space. With plenty of room for all guests, you can gather in the open plan living area which has wonderful bi-fold doors onto the garden where the relaxing hot tub awaits! North Barn is home to three other holiday lets, so why not invite all the family whilst enjoying your own individual areas. They also benefit from welcoming one medium sized dog each!

This three bedroom holiday home in Little Rissington is perfectly suited for family and friend gatherings who wish to explore the local countryside and all the Cotswolds has to offer. The Cotswold accomodation is laid out as follows:

Booking & Payment

StayCotswold is a marketing agent and therefore does not own any of the cottages listed on our website. In terms of cleaning and maintenance, the properties within our portfolio are managed by a third party property manager or the property owner – your pre-arrival email will contain confirmation and contact details for the person managing your property. Bookings made via us form a legal agreement directly between you and the property owner.

For bookings commencing more than 8 weeks in advance, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking. The balance payment is then due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

All payments are made subject to the cancellation policy set out in the standard Booking Conditions.

Location Information

3 Bear's Court in North Barn is set in the owners' grounds at the Church Farm Estate, situated just on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Little Rissington. The estate is home to two barns, North and South, that have been tastefully converted, and each houses four individual holiday lets within, with a separate annexe and apartment that are also bookable. With so much to offer in the area, we recommend taking a picnic and heading to the Cotswold Wildlife Park or, on a rainy day, there are plenty of farm shops such as Daylesford Organic and the famous Diddly Squat to explore!

For your shopping essentials, there are a number of supermarkets and independent retailers in Bourton-on-the-Water and Stow-on-the-Wold, just a short drive away.
Located in the North Cotswolds, you are spoilt for choice with the beautiful local Cotswold towns, all of which offer something unique, such as Bourton-on-the-Water, Stow-on-the-Wold and Burford.

  • No smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property
Things to Note...
  • The maximum occupancy for this property is 6 guests. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 1 additional infant  
  • Hen and Stag parties are permitted
  • Events are not permitted without prior consent
  • A security deposit is required at this property
  • Check in is from 16:00 and check out is by 10:00
  • 3 Bear's Court has a lovely garden for guests to enjoy and it is important to the owners that guests are courteous and considerate towards the neighbouring properties. We politely request that guests do not disturb the neighbours and that loud music is not played outside after 23:00
  • BBQs are not provided but guests are welcome to bring their own (please dispose of them afterwards)
  • Please note there is CCTV on site which covers the car park and grounds, excluding the property gardens
  • 3 Bear's Court is a self-contained property in the grounds where the owner lives
Security Deposit

A security deposit of £250 is required for bookings at this property. This amount will be pre-authorised on your credit card 7 days prior to your arrival date, providing no damage is reported the pre-authorisation will be released 5 days after your departure. For the avoidance of doubt, guests are requested to leave the property in a reasonable condition, consistent with the property's appearance upon arrival.
