This charming property is nestled in the idyllic village of Ebrington, and boasts a secluded garden at the rear, with plenty of comfortable seating. This fabulous cottage has been lovingly refurbished by its owner and is bursting with character throughout including flagstone flooring, exposed beams, and a large inglenook fireplace with a cosy wood burning stove. Cricket Cottage is the perfect base to explore the many wonderful Cotswold towns and villages.

In terms of cleaning and maintenance, the properties within our portfolio are managed by a third party property manager or the property owner – your pre-arrival email will contain confirmation and contact details for the person managing your property. Bookings made via us form a legal agreement directly between you and the property owner.

For bookings commencing more than 8 weeks in advance, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking. The balance payment is then due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

All payments are made subject to the cancellation policy set out in the standard Booking Conditions.

Cricket Cottage is nestled in the picturesque village of Ebrington, an unspoilt village benefitting from an award winning local pub, the Ebrington Arms. There are many footpaths and cycle routes on its doorstep and the famous market town of Chipping Campden, with its wide range of shops, pubs and restaurants, is just two miles away.
For your shopping essentials, there is a Mid Counties Co-op in Chipping Campden and a Tescos in Stow-on-the-Wold.
Erbington sits in the heart of the North Cotswolds and is perfectly placed for visiting the much loved towns of Stow-on-the-Wold, Chipping Campden and Cheltenham, as well as the picture postcard villages of Broadway, Lower Slaughter and Blockley.

  • This property is laid out over two floors with a steep staircase with handrails provided, small internal step from dining hall to sitting room and a small step onto the patio by the main entrance door

  • The smoke and CO detectors operate on a sound only basis and, therefore, those who have serious impairment of hearing may not be able to hear the alarm systems and could be at risk
  • No smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property

  • The maximum occupancy for this property is 6 guests. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 3 additional infants
  • Hen and Stag parties are not permitted, though other same sex groups can enquire
  • Events are not permitted without prior consent
  • A security deposit is required at this property
  • Check in is from 16:00 and check out is by 10:00
  • The garden is regularly maintained by a professional gardening service and although this work is generally carried out on a Wednesday, and may need to carry out work whilst the property is occupied. If you require further information, please don’t hesitate to contact us
Security Deposit

A security deposit of £250 is required for bookings at this property. This amount will be pre-authorised on your credit card 7 days prior to your arrival date, providing no damage is reported the pre-authorisation will be released 5 days after your departure. For the avoidance of doubt, guests are requested to leave the property in a reasonable condition, consistent with the property's appearance upon arrival.
