Milton House is a wonderful Grade II listed property which sleeps 12 guests, in six spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms and a shower room. There is plenty of versatile living space in this property. The living room has beautiful original parquet flooring and a wood burner making it a great space to have a quiet evening. For a more sociable space the reception room with open plan living combines a dining area and plush sofas for the whole family to spend a joyous occasion. All of this combined with being dog friendly and located in the desirable village of Bledington makes it perfect to explore the Cotswolds.

In terms of cleaning and maintenance, the properties within our portfolio are managed by a third party property manager or the property owner – your pre-arrival email will contain confirmation and contact details for the person managing your property. Bookings made via us form a legal agreement directly between you and the property owner.
For bookings commencing more than 8 weeks in advance, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking. The balance payment is then due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
All payments are made subject to the cancellation policy set out in the standard Booking Conditions.
Location Information
Milton House is located in the stunning village of Bledington, benefiting from a fabulous village shop and the exceptional Kings Head pub. It is a fabulous location for visiting The Big Feastival, which is held each year on the August bank holiday and attracts a huge variety of foodie and musical talent, and it is only a mile down the road! If this isn’t enough, it is only a 10-minute drive from Daylesford Organic, which has a spa, cooking classes, creative learning experiences, and exceptional local produce in the farm shop. If you are looking for a day out, be sure to visit the Cotswolds Wildlife Park, Broadway Tower, and the Cotswold Distillery.
Guests can explore the North Cotswolds' charming towns of Stow-on-the-Wold, Chipping Norton, Burford, and Bourton-on-the-Water, as well as the scenic villages of Kingham and The Oddingtons.

- The maximum occupancy for this property is 12 guests. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 1 additional infant (aged 2 or under)

- The smoke and CO detectors operate on a sound only basis and, therefore, those who have serious impairment of hearing may not be able to hear the alarm systems and could be at risk
- No smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property
- Hen and Stag parties are not permitted, though other same sex groups can enquire
- Events are not permitted
- A security deposit is required at this property
- Check in is from 16:00 and check out is by 10:00
- AGA will be switched off from May-September, the electric oven will still be available
- Charging electric vehicles at this property is not permitted
A security deposit of £350 is required for bookings at this property. This amount will be pre-authorised on your credit card 7 days prior to your arrival date and, providing no damage is reported, the pre-authorisation will be released 7 days after your departure. For the avoidance of doubt, guests are requested to leave the property in a reasonable condition, consistent with the property's appearance upon arrival.
