For bookings commencing more than 8 weeks in advance, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking. The balance payment is then due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

Milton House is located in the stunning village of Bledington, benefiting from a fabulous village shop and the exceptional Kings Head pub. It is a fabulous location for visiting The Big Feastival, which is held each year on the August bank holiday and attracts a huge variety of foodie and musical talent, and it is only a mile down the road! If this isn’t enough, it is only a 10-minute drive from Daylesford Organic, which has a spa, cooking classes, creative learning experiences, and exceptional local produce in the farm shop. If you are looking for a day out, be sure to visit the Cotswolds Wildlife Park, Broadway Tower, and the Cotswold Distillery.
A security deposit of £350 is required for bookings at this property. This amount will be pre-authorised on your credit card 7 days prior to your arrival date and, providing no damage is reported, the pre-authorisation will be released 7 days after your departure. For the avoidance of doubt, guests are requested to leave the property in a reasonable condition, consistent with the property's appearance upon arrival.
