Rosewood Lodge is a romantic retreat near Broadway which sleeps two guests, in one bedroom, with a shower room. On arrival at Rosewood Lodge, you are greeted by stunning views of the countryside that can be enjoyed from the hot tub on the decking. The open-plan living space has a well-equipped kitchen, comfy seating and a dining area for two.
This property is a wonderful spot to relax in whilst visiting the much admired Cotswolds.

StayCotswold is a marketing agent and therefore does not own any of the cottages listed on our website. In terms of cleaning and maintenance, the properties within our portfolio are managed by a third party property manager or the property owner – your pre-arrival email will contain confirmation and contact details for the person managing your property. Bookings made via us form a legal agreement directly between you and the property owner.

For bookings commencing more than 8 weeks in advance, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking. The balance payment is then due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

All payments are made subject to the cancellation policy set out in the standard Booking Conditions.

Location Information

Rosewood Lodge is a delightful Cotswold holiday home with a hot tub located second in the row of four staggered lodges located within the owner's grounds, in the charming village of Bretforton in the Vale of Evesham and surrounded by beautiful countryside. Bretforton is ideally located for the avid walker to visit some of the most stunning views the Cotswolds has to offer, such as Broadway Tower, where you can walk around the grounds and from the top of the tower view 16 different counties. With the local pub being a staple of village heritage, spend a summer evening in the garden at The Fleece. Renowned for having the best fish and chips in the Cotswolds, pop into Broadway to Russell's Fish and Chip Shop or enjoy tapas at The Broadbean. For your shopping essentials, there is a Waitrose, M & S Food and a Tesco Superstore in Evesham, alternatively there is a community shop in the village.

Beautiful location, lodge, hot tub & view in a peaceful area. Fab base to explore The Cotswolds. Dave on hand at all times. Fantastic pub, The Fleece Inn just a 10min walk. Only minor disappointment was the oven didn't work but there was a microwave. Would definitely recommend and return again.

A lovely stay with all the comforts of home. Great base to explore the Cotswolds, but may choose to just relax & unwind from daily grind. Fantastic views and a hot tub on front porch as a bonus! Owners see to any needs.. A wonderful historic pub called The Fleece Inn is within walking distance which offers outstanding meals and is owned by the National Trust. Can't wait to return for another stay!
